Colun Tax was established by Stela Colun, former senior staff of Directorate for Accounting Regulations from the Ministry of Finance and PricewaterhouseCoopers – independent tax consultant, expert in accounting advisory and in
the field of VAT, international tax, individual income tax and profit tax advisory.
So far, we have managed to develop a portfolio of clients whom we assist in solving different tax and accounting issues.
We consider that we distinguish ourselves on the market of tax advisory services by preparation and communication of practical solutions to the client, flexibility in relationship with the client and fees adapted to the current economic conditions.
Colun Tax also cooperates with the firms Nichiforconsulting SRL, Fine Accounting
Solutions SRL and several law firms to provide its Clients with inclusive business, accounting and legal support.
